Training sessions

Depending on your needs, your availability and the number of participants, we offer you several training methods:
  1. Evaluatory training Strengths;
  2. Various circuits: musculation, boxing, course ...
  3. Cardiovascular training: duathlon, inner bike, running and speed-agility circuit;
  4. Swimming pool: water sports and circuit;
  5. Sports vary;
  6. Raquette.

SUPPLEMENTARY PHYSICAL TRAINING PROGRAM EVALUATION (SPTP)

Timetable
Monday-Tuesday - Thursday and Friday
AM: 6:30 to 7:30 AM
PM: 14: 00-15: 00

Objectives
  1. Prepare the members in the event of failure or not in the annual fitness assessment;
  2. Improve general fitness;
  3. Provide a specific exercise prescription for the limitations and physical capacity of participants.
