INSTRUCTIONS FOR TRACKER :   
 
  1. Registering to the challenge automatically gives you access to the tracker (starting May 3). 
  1. You can log in your session here :  Système de réservation - PSP Bagotville (sm-softwares.ca) 
  1. Click on « DÉFI SANTÉ PSP »/“PSP HEALTH CHALLENGE” 
  1. 3 tabs will be displayed and you will be able to enter your activities: 
  • Conditionnement physique/Fitness 
  • Loisirs/Recreation   
  • Promo santé/Health Promotion 
  1. 1 activity = 1 point 
  1. Enter all the activities you do. We suggest you do this every day but it is possible to enter the activities of a previous date. 
  1. You have until May 30 to enter your activities. 
  1. There are no maximum activities per day. You're your own judge. Be consistent. 
***NOTE:  In the Fitness tab, you'll have the option to enter the number of minutes for each activity. This option is for personal motivation only. The challenge is NOT a competition for minutes of physical activity completed per day, although you are encouraged to move as much as possible. Compiling the number of minutes of daily physical activity is available for you own record, to track your progress and to position yourself in relation to Canadian recommendations.
 
 WHAT IS AN ACTIVITY? 
 
Below is a description of the activities to enter in tracker. Any activity that involves physical exertion belongs to the fitness section.
***If you are unsure, just make sure you put it in any of the programs. What is important is the total number of activities carried out. ***
 
Fitness | Activities that require physical exertion:  
  • Participation to the weekly Fitness challenge 
  • Every physical activity is counted  
  • Indoor or outdoor training (Ex: Gym, running, yoga, Youtube, Cardio stroller)  
  • Outdoor sport (e.g. cycling, hiking, climbing, paddleboarding, kayaking)  
  • Physical tasks (e.g. gardening, spring cleaning)  
  • Taking an active break at work 
 
Recreation:  
  • Participation to the weekly Recreation challenge 
 
Health Promotion :  
  • Participation to the weekly  Health Promotion challenge  
  • Attend a health promotion webinar: 
  • Practice a stress management and well-being technique (e.g. meditation)  
  • Make an appointment for motivational interview 
  • Make an appointment for smoking cessation  
  
Weekly challenges: we suggest you to complete the challenges within the week but you have the whole month to complete them.
