The Transition to Civilian Life
📅 February 16, at 6:30 p.m. | Free
The transition from military to civilian life comes with its own set of challenges, not only for the military member, but also for their entire family! Resources and tools to help you get through this stage exist, but can sometimes be difficult to find.
If you are concerned by the release of a loved one, we invite you to participate in our next information and sharing evening on the subject! Hosted by Ms. Catherine Tremblay-Bolduc via the GoToMeeting platform, this friendly meeting will be an opportunity to inform and reassure you.
It will be an opportunity to get more information on the available services and to attend short presentations on stress management, conflict resolution, and self-care. You will also have the chance to share your concerns regarding the transition challenge of a release from the Canadian Forces.
Register by February 11, 2021.
Upon registration, you will be asked this question:
What are your concerns regarding the release of your military loved one?
*Your answers will be kept confidential.
