The MFRC invites young people living with a parent with an Operational Stress Injury (OSI) to participate in workshops created for them and adapted to their age.

The training “T’es dans le brouillard solide ? Ose penser à toiaims to demystify and normalize their situation, allow them to name their emotions and feelings, acquire tools and, above all, discover that they are not alone in this situation. They will learn more about the OSI and how it appears, and in the process, make them feel guilty.
This free training, divided into four workshops, will be hosted by two qualified social workers and will be held on Mondays, from February 3 to March 16, 2020 (see schedule below for exact dates and times).
The workshop will take place at the Community Centre (MFRC).
