BFRC - Special Needs Inclusion Program

Military families who are living with a child with special needs may face additional challenges due to military lifestyle. Learning to navigate the services available in a new community can be stressful; the SNIP team can assist.
The Special Needs Inclusion Program (SNIP) offers support to individuals with special needs and their families.

The Parent Support Services provides current information and referrals to community-based programming for families of special needs children.

Special needs is defined as any individual with intellectual, physical, and/ or learning disabilities/ difficulties, this includes but is not limited to, anyone with particular educational requirements resulting from a diagnosis, or emotional and behavioural difficulties.
