We highly encourage Squadrons/Units/Sections to create their own challenges to encourage a friendly competition with personnel which can lead to enhanced comradery, team building and overall healthier lifestyles. The Health Promotion Department is available to help support you with your Challenge, whether that be through education, tools or guided assistance throughout the duration of the Challenge.
