Services include (but are not limited to): Family Counselling Services (For DND Families) The Family Liaison Officer (FLO) is co-located between the Integrated Personnel Support Centre (IPSC) and the Military Family Resource Centre Society (MFRCS) and is available to assist families of CAF personnel who are coping with an illness, injury and/or special needs in their navigation of, and access to, relevant programs and services. The Family Liaison Officer also provides individual, couple and family counselling to CAF members and their dependants. Support group for caregivers of children with mental, emotional, behavioural and physical challenges This group is designed for those looking for support or information specific to having a children with special needs and/or chronically ill. This group is open to all residents of Cold Lake and surrounding areas. Monthly meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month at the MFRCS.
