A total body workout featuring a blance of cardio as well as muscular strength and endurance.  Great for all levels of fitness.  Non-swimmers welcome.
1600 - 1700hrs Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays

HIGH FIVE Principles of Healthy Child Development
16yrs - Adult
This 7.5 hr course is for people providing direct leadership to children in middle childhood (6-12yrs).  This session provides an approach that ensures a healthy experience for each child.  This course is ideal for Day Camp Leaders, Out of School Care Leaders or leaders providing recreation programs and services.
