Mental Fitness & Suicide Awareness - MFSA

Leadership plays an instrumental role in reducing mental health stigma and creating a physically and mentally supportive environment. This course will cover topics such as: mental fitness and leadership, reducing the stigma of mental illness, suicide awareness, introduce the ACE model and much more. Although this course is geared towards supervisors, it is open to all members of the defence community.
