“Stress: Take Charge” is a self-directed course designed to teach participants how to manage stress through self-awareness, changing behaviours and skill building. You will be empowered to manage your own stress by using strategies that you already use. You will also be encouraged to learn and practice new strategies identified during the course.

All Health Promotion courses require a minimum registration number of eight (8) to ensure a good group dynamic. Register early, you don't want to be disappointed! Our programs are open to all military members and their families (Must be over 18 yrs), as well as DND/NPF/MFRC employees.
