The Return to Ruck/FORCE Combat prep supervised class is an 8 week program that gradually reintroduces load bearing marches into ill/injured CAF members fitness program.
Return to Ruck / FORCE Combat Prep
The aim of this class is to provide progressive training to increase a CAF member's tolerance to rucking, with the goal of achieving the load capacity required for the FORCE Combat (35kg).
Members will progressively work towards completing 5km of rucking in 50 – 60 mins.
Additionally, members working towards their FORCE Combat will have the FORCE components progressively reintroduced in the manner required to be successful on the FORCE Evaluation.
