Have you ever wondered what being present, meditation and mindfulness is all about? Meditation Matters will provide participants with the opportunity to practice or develop a meditation routine that is customized to their level of comfort. Participants will also take part in discussions on what they learned from their meditation experience and their unique stressors, while simultaneously creating connections to other members of the community. In addition to providing practical tools to enhance mindfulness practice, this program will aim to improve the participants mental and physical health, as well as their overall well-being.
