Bounce Back & Thrive!
...a new program for parents and guardians with children under 8 years
A resiliency skills training program for parents with children under 8 years. The program is designed to help parents help their children build the resilience necessary to handle life's inevitable bumps in the road. Strategies will include, using empathy, developing a 'can-do' view and building an environment of positivity.
This program is a part of a research study entitled “Resilient Parents…Resilience Communities (RPRC): Interventions to enhance resilience among military personnel, veterans and their families”. As part of the study, you will be asked to fill out online surveys and participate in the Bounce Back and Thrive program.
