Orientation & Training

The MFRC has a variety of volunteer opportunities from which to choose. We want to ensure that your experience with us is a good match for both you and the MFRC. To become an MFRC volunteer you must complete the following:

1.    Volunteer Application Form
2.    Agency Agreement
3.    Confidentiality Agreement

Once you have completed the above forms, please arrange for a meeting with the Community and Volunteer Development Coordinator. Depending on the volunteer opportunity you choose, additional screening may be required. You will receive orientation and training by the appropriate MFRC staff. Volunteers receive appropriate levels of supervision according to their task, and are given regular opportunities to receive and give feedback.
