2018 PSP Yoga Classes Three classes to choose from

Yoga for Leg Strength and Stability
Join us for a grounding yoga practice that incorporates postures and exercises to build balance, strength, and range of motion within the legs and hips. This practice is suitable for both new and experienced students of yoga.

Yoga for Core Strength and Flexibility
Classes are sequenced to include postures and breathing exercises that help to build deep core awareness, alignment and strength. This practice is suitable for both new and experienced students of yoga.

Restorative Yoga for Stretching and Fascial Release
Fascial is a component of the connection tissue throughout the ­human body. When we have healthy fascia tissue we can move with ease and fluidity. Therefore, each class will focus on gentle stretching postures and movements that help to relieve the fascial body.
