*Top Fuel for Top Performance
The foods you eat everyday have a great effect on your mental and physical performance and on your training. The morning session looks at everyday eating and the afternoon looks at fine tuning eating, fuel for training and recovery, and body composition and sport supplements.
Participation in the full day is required.
March 9, 2020 8:30 am – 4:00 pm

March 11, 2020 8:30 am – 12pm
(course includes both sessions)
