*Stress Take Charge helps participants to manage their stress more effectively. Participants are supported and learn stress coping strategies.   
This course will help participants increase resiliency to create a greater tolerance and threshold level towards life's stressors and challenges.  
NOTE: This course runs 8:30 - 12:00 and includes all sessions
