Yoga for Military Spouses
Our goal is to create a community through a therapeutic yoga program that supports the spouses of military members. Each session will integrate the basics of yoga --balance, stability & strength, along with mindfulness and breath work. Our hope is to build coping mechanisms that will help during times of deployment. This program is suitable for both new and experienced students of yoga. Rebecca Greenside is a RYT 200 Hour Instructor and is currently completing hours towards her RYT 500 Hour and Yoga Therapist.
