Bounce Back™ - Canadian Mental Health Association

An evidence-based program led by the Canadian Mental Health Association’s BC Division is designed to help adults experiencing symptoms of mild to moderate depression, low mood, or stress, with or without anxiety and proven to work. Funded by the Provincial Health Services Authority, Bounce Back has two interventions:
a) Living Life to the Full DVD – This free DVD provides participants with practical tips on how to recognize and deal with symptoms of depression.
b) Telephone coaching and workbooks – Bounce Back™ provides guided self-help where a community “coach” assists in the teaching of problem solving and other skills to overcome difficulties such as inactivity, unhelpful thinking, worry and avoidance. As participants progress through workbooks, telephone coaching provides additional support and helps keep participants on track and moving forward with the goal of improved the emotional well-being.
