Share: Youth Access Policy The following is a sumary of the youth access policy to CAF / PSP fitness facilities. Youth 12 and under No access to weight and cardio equipment Youth 13 to 17 years of age with proof of successful completion of PSP’s introductory course in cardio/strength training Allowed to use cardio/strength training equipment unaccompanied by an adult Youth 13 to 17 years of age waiting to complete the PSP’s introductory course in cardio/strength training Allowed to use cardio/strength training equipment accompanied by an adult Please note the following: Youth 13 to 14 years of age Must fill in consent form and must have parental affirmation of medical approval that the youth is fit to undertake a fitness program Youth 15 to 17 years of age Must fill in consent form and the PAR-Q.
