Op@Work
Are you looking for work in the Greater Oromocto and Fredericton Area?
Op@Work is a special initiative by the New Brunswick Military Family Resource Centre that is focused on helping military family members find gainful employment in the Greater Oromocto and Fredericton area. The service connects job-seekers directly to employers who are hiring.

Who is eligible to participate in Op@Work?
All serving CAF members’ dependants and spouses are welcome to access this service.

How does the service work?
Acting as a sort of hybrid between a recruitment agency and an employment agency, Op@Work focuses on matching well-suited candidates with available employment opportunities in the area. Working in close collaboration with local employers, the Director of Op@Work will help military family members enter the workforce.
Information is collected from both employers and job-seekers, analyzed by the Director of Op@Work, and referrals are made based on a selection of criteria that best matches for both parties. Op@Work takes-on the burden and complexity that may exist for employers, pairs it with collecting a wealth of information for deal-breakers and must-haves from job-seekers, and makes referrals based on the best combination for all parties involved. We pride ourselves on caring equally for both the employer and job-seeker.
