The Recreation Association has a variety of Group Fitness Classes to choose from. Please find the schedule and class descriptions below. We are always interested in hearing from you with recommendations for new classes you'd like us to offer!

Drop in fees: $6.00 (tax included) for Recreation Association Member
Drop in fees: $8.50 (tax included) for Non-member

Punch cards: Recreation Association Member: 10 classes for $48 (tax included)
Punch cards: Non-member: 10 classes for $74 (tax included)

All inclusive fitness package:$125 (+tax) annually (in addition to your 12 month membership) – unlimited classes for all members of your family.

​Class Descriptions:

SWEAT HOUSE: You bring the intensity! I bring the movements! Come join
this fun fitness class where the theme is always changing. We use different
modalities every time so classes are always fun and challenging. Boxing, HIIT,
Weight Lifting, Cardio, Body Weight, to name a few. All fitness levels
welcome!

FIELDHOUSE FITNESS: Cardio Interval, Stability Ball, HITT (high intensity
interval training), Agility & Cardio Kickboxing, to name a few of the options
with Paula.

SPIN CLASS: Join your instructor for good music, great training and good
fun! All levels of fitness accepted and welcomed. Spin focuses on high
cardio endurance training and lactic interval training.

BOOT CAMP: Challenge yourself in endurance, strength, and cardiovascular ability to push yourself through different exercises each week! You will be motivated to finish hard and strong! All fitness levels welcome.

CORE & MOBILITY: Your instructor will lead you through core blasting exercises followed by movements to improve your balance and save a generous amount of time to guide you through exercises to work through mobility via stretches, foam rollers, lacrosse balls etc. All fitness levels welcome.

Vinyasa Flow Class: Yoga postures are linked together in a sequence to create a challenging and dynamic “flow.” These classes are designed to heat the body, build strength and increase mobility. Variations are offered for all skill levels, including beginners. 
 
Hatha Yoga: This class combines yoga postures, breathing, and mindfulness to help increase flexibility, strengthen the body, and cultivate more relaxation. The pace of the class is slow, with postures being held for 1-5 minutes. All levels welcome.
