I bring the movements! Come join this fun fitness class where the theme is always changing. We use different modalities every time so classes are always fun and challenging. Boxing, HIIT, Weight Lifting, Cardio, Body Weight, to name a few. All fitness levels welcome! FIELDHOUSE FITNESS: Cardio Interval, Stability Ball, HITT (high intensity interval training), Agility & Cardio Kickboxing, to name a few of the options with Paula. SPIN CLASS: Join Paula and Crystal for good music, great training and good fun! All levels of fitness accepted and welcomed. Spin focuses on high cardio endurance training and lactic interval training. YOGA: Roger's teaching takes a relaxation based approach. Tuesday he teaches Hatha (more muscular). On Thursday he teaches Yin (deep tissue stretching), and his Wednesday class is a combination of both. All levels are welcome. 60 MINUTES Timed rotations between strength, cardio, core and power.
