Teen Cross-Training Program

Teen Cross-Training is a TEEN ONLY (ages 13-17) progressive, in-depth strength and conditioning program. It is offered two days a week for six weeks. The program focuses on body awareness, coaching, and learning to lift with proper technique. Each session is a full body workout.

You WILL learn:
✔️Body Awareness;
✔️Olympic Lifting;
✔️Free Weight Exercises;
✔️& Cross-Training!

When: Tuesdays & Thursdays AT 6:30 - 7:30PM
Start Date: October 29 - December 5, 2019 
Who: TEEN ONLY ages 13-17
Registration: Registration opens 1 October 2019

  • $69 (tax included) for Recreation-Association Members
  • $103.50 (tax included) for Non-Recreation Association Members
All participants must register through the Recreation Association Office, Recreation Association members can register online)

Sign-in at the reception desk will be required by all participants, each session
