Teen Cross Training

The Teen Cross-Training program is a TEEN ONLY (ages 13-17) progressive, in-depth strength and conditioning program.

It is offered two days a week. The program focuses on body awareness, coaching, and learning to lift with proper technique.

Each session is a full body workout. All skill levels are welcome at our Multi-sport Programs!

Registration opens 2 December 2019

Registration is available at the Recreation Association Office and/or online for Recreation Association Members.

All participants MUST sign-in at the Front Desk and present their Recreation Association Membership Card (if applicable).
