Teen Cross Training Share: Teen Cross Training The Teen Cross-Training program is a TEEN ONLY (ages 13-17) progressive, in-depth strength and conditioning program. It is offered two days a week. The program focuses on body awareness, coaching, and learning to lift with proper technique. Each session is a full body workout. All skill levels are welcome at our Multi-sport Programs!
