Weight loss should be the result of healthier eating and improved exercise habits. Avoiding a deprivation mindset and eating a variety of healthy foods is much better for you. Minimizing empty calories and junk food will allow you to see results more quickly and help you stick with the change overtime. The WEIGH-to BETTER HEALTH CHALLENGE is designed to help you make the right lifestyle changes to lose weight and/or inches. This challenge does not encourage dieting. There is no one winner, if you succeed at making the right changes to better health, then you have won!
