Before and After School Care
For Before and After School Care in Gander, there are the following options for families:
Gander MFRC:
Located at 117 Sullivan Avenue
Drop Off-Before School: 7:00-8:30 AM
Pick Up-After School: 2:45-5:00 PM
Cost: $15/Day for 1st child and $10/Day for each additional child in the same family.
*Drop In Fee* $20/Day for 1st child and $15/Day each additional child in the same family.
$7.50/Half -Day for 1st child and $5.00/half day for each additional child in the same family.
*Drop In Fee* $10/Day for 1st child and $7.50/Day for each additional child in the same family.
PD Days, Snow Days and Easter Break: 7:00am to 5:00pm
$20/Day for 1st child and $15/Day for each additional child in the same family.
*Drop In Fee* $25/Day for 1st child and $20/Day for each additional child in family.
*Half Day option available*

Peter Pan Child Care Centre:
Located at 9 Mackay Street and 2 Gray Avenue.
The Child Care Centre is opened 12 months of the year from Monday to Friday. Hours of operation are 7:00am-6:00pm (depending on the need). Children are required to be 2 years of age and programming is available for children up to age 12.
For 9 Mackay Street - Nutritious lunch/Snack Provided
For 2 Gray Avenue location - Parent must provide nutritious lunch/snack

New Fun Land:
Located at the following locations in Gander: 100 Roe Ave, 106 Roe Ave, 106A Roe Ave, and 180 Roe Ave.
Hours of operation are 8:00am-5:00pm.
100 Roe Avenue location accepts children ages 24-64 months.
106 Roe Avenue location accepts children ages 48-155 months.
106A Roe Avenue location accepts children ages 57-155 months.
180 Roe Avenue location accepts children ages 2-12 years old.

Gander Boys and Girls Club:
Gander Boys and Girls Club has programming available for children ages 5-18 and is open Monday to Friday. They offer many programs such as Lunch Bunch, Kreative Kids, Power Up, Summer Program, Cool Moves and a variety of After School Programs. They are located inside the Arts and Culture Centre.
