This is a cardio/strength mixed class with minimal equipment and minimal rest. Focus on body weight exercises, quick transitions and easy fundamental exercises that do not take a lot of time to explain how they are done. This is a high intensity group fitness class.

Instructor lead fitness class for all levels as modifications are always given. It is an intense interval session (both cardio and muscular strength). Participants are working near their maximum effort using varied anaerobic interval times, building in rest and recovery following the work sessions focuses on stretching and mobility work. LRP will include things like, med balls, sandbags, kettle bells, tabatas, etc. We aim to incorporate movement patterns or tasks that are military specific.
The goal of this class is to be able to function and perform at your best. With help from rolling, stretching and the general idea on HOW to move better, improving and increasing your range of motion is key.
