To support participants in their identification of the strategies that they already use and those that they will begin to implement in order to optimize their resiliency to stressors. Relax and enjoy 2 days of self-assessment and action planning. Acknowledging personal strategies can be difficult and changing old strategies with new ones takes practice and patience. Managing time, Nutrition, exercise and sleep are part of the discussion throughout the two days. Participants should bring a pillow and light blanket for the relaxation component of the course.
