Top Fuel for Top Performance (TFTP)
The TFTP is a 2-day workshop is intended for active men and women. Individuals will get tools on how to plan meals for before, during and after physical activity or a sport competition. The amount for food suggested is based on an estimate of the individual's energy output, body weight changes and hunger. This workshop also explores various supplements that is sold on today's market and will touch base on the pros and conc of dieting.
