Top Fuel for Top Performance
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Top Fuel for Top Performance workshops are designed for healthy active men and women. The workshop suggestions allow individuals to plan meals for before, during and after physical activity or sports competition. The amount for food suggested is based on an estimate of the individual's energy output, body weight changes and hunger.
