Weight Wellness Lifestyle Program

"You are no just losing weight you are changing your lifestyle"

 The Weight Wellness Lifestyle Program is a revised version of the former "weight Wellness Management Program".  This program was designed to help people manage weight and develop a healthier lifestyle.  The program focuses on healthy eating, physical activity and positive thinking. Time will be spent on enhancing the participants focus on self-management through goal setting, self-monitoring and problem solving. Eight modules of information will be provided over the duration of the program. A fitness instructor will visit the class to provide the participants with a tour of the F&S Centre, as well as provide healthy and safe tips for exercise.
