As a part of the 14 Wing Fitness & Sports Centre's COVID-19 Response Plan all patrons using the facility must have a reservation. These reservations are needed in order to comply with the maximum occupancy limit in each area of the Fitness Centre as well as for contact tracing. Please follow the link below in order to make a reservation.
The facility is open to Military members and Rec Card holders only age 16 and above. Reservations and access are also permitted to Youth on Weight card holders 13 to 15 years of age.
All pool reservations are a maximum of 60 minutes and are to be reserved online. Swimmers are asked not to arrive prior to the start time of the swim session. At the end their session swimmers have 15 minutes to exit the facility.
Weight, boxing corner, squash courts and cardio equipment reservations are a maximum of 90 minutes. This includes your change time before and after your workout. All reservations are to be done online.
Reservations for pool, weight, boxing corner and cardio equipment will not be done over the phone nor at the front desk effective 11 January 2021.
For online reservations please keep a copy of your reservation for your arrival. Patrons without a confirmed reservation will be unable to access the facility. No drop-ins are permitted.

Note that not all areas will be open the full duration of the Fitness Centre hours of operation. The facility is closed every 90 minutes for 30 minute cleaning sessions.
