Fundamentals Swim Program

TAKE YOUR SWIMMING TO THE NEXT LEVEL

Fundamentals is a program designed for youth in Swim Kids 5 and up or those that have finished Swim Kids 10 and are looking to work on stroke improvement, fitness endurance, competitive starts and turns, advanced stroke drills, dives and lifesaving drills.

Youth will work towards their own personal goals in stroke technique, aquatic skills, speed and distance to progress through the program with the aim to earn awards based on their own independent performance.

Fundamentals helps prepare them for future aquatic activities in competitive swimming, aquatic leadership courses or general physical fitness.

This course continues to bring in the sports element from the previous Swim Stroke and Sports program.  Swimmers learn the fundamentals of aquatic activities and sports including underwsater hockey, triathlon, lifesaving sport, water polo, kayaking or paddle boarding.
