Refund Policy

The Navy 10K Run does not offer any refunds.  We are pleased to offer both registration transfer and virtual run options for those unable to participate at the event.  See full details of how to transfer your registration or switch to a virtual run option below.



Transfer Options

Anyone wishing to transfer their registration to another participant or from one race distance to another race distance may do so before midnight on 17 Aug 2017.  Simply log into your account on Race Roster, go to the registration section, select the transfer option and follow the directions.  Participants wishing to transfer will be responsible for any difference in registration costs plus a $5.00 administration fee.  No transfers will be accepted after midnight on 17 Aug 2017.



Virtual Run Option

 Can't be in Halifax for Race Day? Take part in our NEW Virtual Run Option!

Step 1 - Register for Navy 10K Run through www.cafconnection.ca/halifax/navy10k
Step 2 - Determine a race route for your distance in your area.  Can be anywhere in the world.
Step 3 - Determine a date for completion of your race.  Can be any time before or after Navy 10K Run but must register before deadline of 16 Aug 2017.
Step 4 - Contact the Navy 10K Run Race Director via email at Kevin.Miller3@forces.gc.ca requesting to switch your registration to the "virtual run" option.  Full details for mailing of swag and any related costs will be discussed at that time.  All virtual run requests must be received by midnight AST on 16 Aug 2017.
Step 5 - Complete your virtual run.
Step 6 - Optional - Take a picture or video of your virtual run and send it the Race Director after your race for a chance to win a draw prize from one of our sponsors!
