Become a PSP Volunteer

You may choose to volunteer for a variety of reasons. Volunteering offers you the chance to give something back to your community and to make a difference in the lives around you.  It also offers you the opportunity to develop new skills, build on your current experiences or to share your expertise.

Did you know that researchers in London examined the relationship between volunteering and measures of happiness? The results showed that the more people volunteered, the happier they were. Research also shows that volunteering leads to better health too. Those who volunteer have lower mortality rates, greater functional ability because they are staying physically active, and they showed lower rates of depression later in life than those who do not volunteer.

So, get happy and healthy ... volunteer with us!
