Our Programs

Shark School
Shark School is for the confident beginner swimmer. This swimmer will learn basic swimming skills, develop and ultimately master free and backstroke drills over 10-12.5 m repeatedly and with ease before moving on to the next level.

Stroke Development
At this stage, this group will increase the distances covered for free and back drills and continue to progress their skills and endurance. Swimmers will be introduced to breaststroke with the aim of perfecting their breast kick. This group will swim longer distances especially when working on freestyle and backstroke. Distances will vary between 12.5 and 25 m for the drills performed at this stage.

Teen Fitness
Swimmers participate in structured practice where they will work on stroke technique, and dry land fitness training. Entrance to this group requires the ability to swim 100m consecutively and swim front crawl, back crawl, and have basic skill in whip kick.

Competitive programs
There are four levels in our competitive programs. Swimmers begin in Competitive B Development and advance to Competitive A based on performance standards set by the coaches. New members to the competitive program must try out with the coach. Our competitive program provides structured practices in a fun environment that promotes improvement in athletic performance.
