The MFRC offers a number of resources and programs to support families as you are planning for departure, during deployment, and during the reunion/reintegration phase of the deployment cycle.

Emergency childcare is available through the MFRC for up to the first 96 hours, and a portion of childcare costs for the next four days, if required by the emergency. Emergencies do not include foreseeable events.  

You are eligible to receive ‘Take a Break’ Funding to cover the cost of child care once each month, to provide time for self-care during the deployment. To register, please contact the coordinator from your area, listed above.
