Emergency childcare is available through the MFRC for up to the first 96 hours, and a portion of childcare costs for the next four days, if required by the emergency. Emergencies do not include foreseeable events. You are eligible to receive ‘Take a Break’ Funding to cover the cost of child care once each month, to provide time for self-care during the deployment.
