Notice of Annual General Meeting
Mainland BC Military Family Resource Centre Society
(the "Society")

Dear Society Member:

Notice is hereby given that the Society will be holding an Annual General Meeting of members on

Monday, October 22nd, 2018
At 7:00 p.m.
1755 W. 1st Ave
MFRC Office
Vancouver, BC

for the following purposes:

To receive reports from the board chair, executive director, auditor, and nominating committee.  
To appoint the Society’s auditor for 2018/19.
To elect a new director to the board.
To transact such further or other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.

Please note, while AGM participation may be via phone or proxy (click here for proxy), participants must be members of the Mainland BC Military Family Resource Centre Society in order to vote.  If you are not already a member, membership applications (make “membership applications” a hyper link to form) must be submitted by October 15 in order to be processed in time for the AGM.  No memberships will be processed at the AGM.

For those not able to attend the meeting in person, we will be sending you a gift card so you may enjoy refreshments in the future.
Dessert will follow the AGM at approximately 7:45. 
We would be pleased to have you join us for appetizers from 6:30 to 7:00.
