The vision of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) Health and Physical Fitness Strategy is to “provide the ways and means for every CAF member to attain and maintain their personal health and physical fitness sufficient to meet CAF operational requirements.” You can find out more about the strategy on the Defence Internal Network.

SAINT-JEAN
The Saint-Jean Sports Centre offers a wide variety of fitness courses and activities. The activities listed below are intended exclusively for CAF members.

Fitness programs and sports activities
An instructor of the Fitness and Sports Department from Personnel Support Programs is assigned to units to help design and develop fitness programs and sports activi-ties. Instructors can also help CAF members design per-sonalized programs.

MONTREAL
All of the services listed above are available at the Montreal Garrison, with the exception of Zumba and climbing activities. We offer personal training, group training, lunch time activities and fitness evaluations.

FARNHAM
Fitness and sports instructors run group training sessions twice a week and offer personalized training programs. Farnham also has the necessary equipment for the FORCE test.
