DROP-IN CLINICS

You can get a doctor’s appointment quickly by visiting a drop-in clinic. Here is the directory of drop-in clinics and their drop-in procedures for the four areas of the Montreal Region.
Note that these lists are provided for information only and may be modified without notice.

We therefore recommend that you always phone a clinic before dropping in. We also recommend that you visit the same clinic as much as possible so that your medical information is kept in the same file.

HEALTH GUIDE

The Health Guide (page 35) outlines how Quebec’s healthcare system works, as well as the available resources broken down by region and needs. Note that these lists are provided for information only and may be modified without notice. We therefore recommend that you always phone a clinic before dropping in.

The following are other resources regarding the healthcare services in our region:

Coopérative de santé de Saint-Blaise: The Saint-Blaise health co-op is a collective undertaking that provides services to promote, maintain and improve the health and living conditions of the communities it serves, while involving its members in decisions on the provision of services. The benefits of registering now as a co-op member include the services of the on-site clinical nurse and the bilingual doctors.

It is staffed by several professionals in various fields, such as an occupational therapist, a remedial teacher, a speech therapist, a psychologist, a neuropsychologist, a psycho-educator and a special education teacher. We have a partnership with this clinic, which is sensitive to the realities of military life and therefore prioritizes military families on its waiting list
