Rules - Schedule - Services

 
Due to COVID-19, users of sports centers must reserve a time slot (see procedures below depending on the garrisons) and comply with the following health procedures:
  • clean their hands
  • present their identity card when they arrive
  • take a bottle of disinfectant at the reception desk
  • wear the mask when walking in the facilities
  • follow arrows on the ground as they move
  • respect the two-meter distance with other users
  • disinfect devices/equipment before and after use
  • after training, leave the bottle of disinfectant at the exit
  • exit through the door designated for this purpose




SAINT-JEAN GARRISON

The sports center is open to military and civilian personnel and all members of the Sports and Recreation Plan not belonging to the Defence Team. Only the weight training and cardio rooms are available and the locker rooms are not accessible (they are reserved for candidates of the Canadian Forces Leadership and Recruit School).

Schedule
Monday to Thursday: 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: closed

- Personalized training programs for CAF members
- Training for units
- Group trainings for CAF members on Wednesdays, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., outside the B-131. Information: philippe.leduc@forces.gc.ca

Indoor pool
It is reserved for the individual training of candidates of the Canadian Forces Leadership and Recruit School.





MONTREAL GARRISON

The sports center is open to military and civilian personnel and all members of the Sports and Recreation Plan who do not belong to the Defence Team.

Other services offered
- Weightlifting: free training is offered to CAF members, civilian DND employees and members of the Sports and Recreation Plan. You have to reserve your place. Schedule: Monday to Friday, at 6:30 a.m., 8:00 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m.
- Calisthenics: individual training is offered. You have to reserve your place. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 11:00 a.m.
