15 Wing Moose Jaw PSP offers a variety of fitness classes at the Community Recreation Centre including:

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
Each class offers a variety of training options so come in ready for ANYTHING!  If you are looking to become a healthier you this is the perfect class. Strength & Conditioning will provide you with cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength, endurance, power, and flexibility training. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness.
 
FIT BODY FUSION
This is a free-style class that combines equal parts of cardio and strength exercises in a 45 minute total body workout. It is functional training with high intensity exercises that will definitely hit every muscle group, leave you sweating and your muscles on fire!
 
JILLIAN MICHAELS BODY SHRED™
A high intensity and endurance based 30 minutes workout.
Utilizing Jillian’s 3-2-1 interval approach: 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, 1 minute of abs.
You will shed fat, define muscle, transform the look of your entire physique, and dramatically enhance your overall health and athletic performance.
 
SPIN
High energy indoor cycle class that provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. On this ride you will experience various hill climbs, sprints and other challenging drills all set to energizing music. Be sure to bring a towel and water bottle!
  
MOMMY & ME
Mommy & me is a great way to get out of the house, get some exercise and make new friends!
The purpose of the 45 minutes class is to help moms (or dads) break a sweat and feel fit again while bonding with their child. Workouts include a mix of strength training, core work, cardio, and flexibility work. The class is suitable for anyone as you go at your own pace.
As a mom myself, I know kids are unpredictable… if your baby is hungry or needs to have a diaper change during class – go ahead. No judgements.  However, parents should note that child care is not provided by the instructor – please keep an eye on your kids while you workout. Bring a stroller if you want, water bottle, towel or blanket for baby to lay down and play, toys. The purpose of this to let parents workout while kids play with nearby you. (Kids will not be allowed to play with the weight equipment).
(Age: 0-4 years old children).

YOGA
Truly for everyone, regardless of age, gender or physical ability. All classes will help you improve your health, performance, and mental acuity; providing you with a balanced combination of poses flowing in a mindful progression from one to another., as well as sustained poses.  Yoga mats, blocks, straps, or bolsters are provided if needed.
 
15 WING FITNESS
Something new every week. This includes circuit training, various sports, games and other instructor surprises. This Friday morning class is a great way to close off the week and is open to CAF members and spouses.
