Personal Training

Personal training is a free of charge service for all military members. Whether you are looking for help to pass your FORCE Evaluation, training for a big event and want professional fitness advice or are just looking to get in better shape or lose weight, a personal trainer may be what you need.  We also provide personal training for our CRA members at starting rate $150+GST. The program consists for our CRA members: pre/post programming consultation, body composition assessment, girth measurements & monitoring weight management.

In a one-on-one setting, you can have your questions answered and our certified personal trainers will guide you through tailor made exercise routines based on your goals. We can work with/around any limitations or injuries to help maximize what you can do.

How to get started? Fill out the Par-Q+. This form will need to be printed, signed and returned to the Fitness Department. Should this screening form indicate that you require physician clearance, please book an appointment through the wing medical staff to obtain a medical chit clearing you for unrestricted fitness training (or clearance with listed limitations, if any). Once we have your form, a trainer will contact you to set up an appointment.
