Focuses on enhancing mental fitness including stress management, anger management, suicide awareness, healthy interpersonal communications and family violence awareness and prevention. 
 
Core Programs The Stress: Take Charge is a 2 day course that will help CAF members learn tools and select coping mechanisms that can be used in everyday life to make changes and manage stress levels.
