Workshops Share: Workshops PSP Ottawa Fitness Workshops are designed to help members take personal fitness to the next level. Participants should expect to learn new training skills and master techniques to optimize physical training. As a busy Defense team, we often ignore fitness education and knowledge to get an intense workout in but this can sometimes lead to negative outcomes. Depending on the needs of our participants, members can register for any of our Core workshops to learn more about training techniques. Participants can explore a broad range of topics from goals setting, learning about training principles, to gaining confidence in the gym with knowledge of proper mechanics and exercise technique and selection.
