Values and Ethics

CFMWS Values and Ethics is an important part of our workplace culture and guides our decisions and actions. Over the last few years, we have modernized our ethical policy framework. Acceptance of these values and ethical conduct is a condition of employment with CFMWS. The new NPF Values and Ethics Policy applies to all NPF employees and underscores the importance of a shared goal of a culture of respect. Managers and supervisors have an important role to play to ensure that this policy is understood and practiced by everyone. For any questions about the NPF Values and Ethics Policy contact the CFMWS Centre for Conflict Resolution and Ethics at CCRE-CRCE@CFMWS.com or by calling 1-800-506-6679.

Disclosures of Wrongdoing under the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act
The Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act (PSDPA) protects employees who choose to disclose a serious wrongdoing. If you believe that a CFMWS employee has not acted in accordance with this policy or code and would prefer to disclose a wrongdoing under the Act or obtain advice concerning the PSDPA, contact the Centre for Conflict Resolution and Ethics at ccre-cerc@cfmws.com.
