I don’t have any record of my service, what can I do?
For information on obtaining service records, click here.

I am related to a CAF Community member, does that make me eligible for the program?
If you are a spouse, parent or a dependent of a Canadian Armed Forces member you are eligible to participate in the program. Immediate family is defined as a spouse and/or any dependents under the age of 21. If the child is a full-time student, they will be eligible until the age of 25.

How do I register my spouse or dependents?
Click here to register your spouse and eligible dependents. Please make sure to choose the appropriate “Family of” category at Step 1. You can also print and submit the registration form by mail. If you are unable to print, please contact the CFOne Membership office by email or by phone at 1-855-245-0330 and we'll gladly send you the registration form by mail.

Internet Explorer 11 Users
Internet Explorer 11 does not work correctly with the CFOne Online Registration Form. To complete the form online you should run IE 11 in compatibility mode. To do this, open Internet Explorer and press the F12 key. In the new window that opens, select Browser Mode: IE 11 from the top menu bar. In the list that appears, select Internet Explorer 9. Press F12 again to close the window.
This compatibility mode stays in effect until you close your browser, at which time it changes back to IE 11.
You can also use a different browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.

DWAN users are advised to use full web address (hover mouse over hyperlink to display) instead of hyperlink to access additional information.
