Entrepreneurship is a viable option for many military spouses and family members. In fact, recent research shows that approximately 8% of employed military spouses are self-employed. Many military family members have successfully transported their respective businesses with them as they move from posting to posting. It may not be easy, but it can be done! Military Family Services is working with MFRCs and other community partners to establish training opportunities and resources for military family entrepreneurs.
