Episode 9 - Worrying/Stigma

In this episode, you'll see how worrying about your family situation can effect both your home and your school life. You'll also learn a few strategies to help ignore the negative opinions of other people in your social circle.

Kim's parents have been fighting a lot since her mom has begun the transition from active duty to civilian life. Her mom's OSI has caused things to be tense around the house and lately Kim has noticed her dad is acting different to, he's distracted and seems to be constantly on edge. This is causing Kim to stress out herself, her parents are supposed to be the parents after all...right?

Having one of your parents transition from active duty to civilian life can be tough, it's natural to worry about your family's future but keep in might that it isn't on you to fix things, just do you best to be supportive and help out however you can.
