Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Reservations are confirmed with a deposit of $50.00 (security deposit) at time of booking.  The rental amount is payable one month prior to rental date; otherwise, the rental can be cancelled by the Club.    Renters can cancel their reservation without penalty if notice is provided to the Treasurer more than 30 days in advance of the reservation start date.
In the case of renter cancellations less than thirty (30) days before the reservation start date, the renter will forfeit the entire rental amount. Cancellations due to operational commitments or extenuating circumstances will be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis.

The campground are equipped with designated fire pits.  Only these fire pits (rings are provided) may be used to hold a campfire.
Dry cut wood is provided for indoor burning only.  Cut wood is not to be used for outside fire pits.  You are welcome to use the wood found in the bush or dead fallen trees.  No live trees are to be cut down for firewood.

During dry seasons, it is the renter’s responsibility to know whether a fire ban is in effect.
The North East Region hotline is 1-866-357-8422
If a fire ban is in effect, no outside burning is allowed.
If rule disobeyed, renter is responsible for any fine.

(Pet Friendly)
(No Pets)

Alternatively, Bayside cottage is designated “pet-friendly” and is the only cottage for those renting with pets.  Tremblay cottage is pet hair / dander free.  We empathize with our members who have pet allergies and have strictly designated Tremblay cottage as “pet free”.

Dogs are allowed in Bayside cottage only, and must be kept on a leash at all times.  It is your responsibility to clean up after your dog. Dogs are not to be left in the Bayside cottage unattended. Excessive barking will not be tolerated.

Propane Refills

Spare BBQ tanks are locked in the propane cage (near the middle shed in the parking area).   Empty tanks are to be returned to the Fitness & Wellness Center.
We will refill the tank so the next renter can take it out to the cottage when they pick up their keys.  Should you run out during your stay, please refrain from refilling the tank yourself (bring the empty tank back to the F&W Center).
