Active Transportation & Fitness Challenge

June is Recreation Month so let's celebrate by moving more! Participate in the Active Transportation & Fitness Challenge

Two ways to participate:
 
COMMUTER
Register and track your km to and from work, the store etc.  Download your tracking sheet and registration card below.  Accumulate a minimum number of km (biking, walking, running) to be eligible for the random prize draw!
 
FITNESS
Explore the Garrison Fitness Trail and collect 20 different orienteering punches.  There are 5 different punches each week.  Punches will be rotated every Friday between 1200-1600 hrs.  Punch cards are available at Dundonald Hall, Recreation Complex or Southside Community Centre.  Collect a minimum number of punches to be eligible for the individual random prize draw.
